Until present days, popular science films amazed with a variety of inventions and technologies that one could only dream of. The development of mankind is becoming more and more dynamic.
This development we can see by the analysis of any sphere of public life. Changing ideas, knowledge, technology is faster than changing the human generation. Manufacturers are constantly trying to surprise their customers with new products and additional features of the device. Thus old, bought recently gadgets, are thrown somewhere away in the bottom drawer.
We implement modern IT technologies in the field of education, as well as care for the preservation of old technical devices, which, although gone into the past, have not lost their historical value. We hope that the acquaintance with the evolution of software and computer technology will contribute to even greater interest in information technology in children and youth.
The IT Museum has opened at the Science Center.
Dozens of caring people joined to its creation, in particular:
- a resident of Mykolayiv donated his collection to the IT Museum;
- two companies from Khmelnytskyy joined to the creation of the “IT Museum” in Ternopil;
- Ternopil Technical University joined to the creation of the Museum of Information Technology.
- another University of Ternopil donated its exhibits to creation of the “Museum of IT”.
